2019

First audit in Vietnam

We started with internal audits of supply chains at a manufacturing hub in Hanoi. That's when we uncovered hidden costs related to customs duties and intermediary commissions.

2021

Compliance module

The pandemic forced us to create a remote training program on international legal compliance. Since then, it has become the core of our courses.

2023

Podcast launch

We decided that academic knowledge should not remain confined to courses alone. That's how our weekly audio release on operational risk management was born.

2024

Partnership with Singapore

We signed an agreement with the Singapore Logistics Association. This allowed us to tailor our materials to the region's actual regulatory requirements.

2025

New learning platform

We launched an updated platform with interactive case studies and an audio archive. Today, The Satluj brings together more than 40 modules in operational risk and supply chain management.

Each stage is based on real projects and decisions made by our team while working in the Asia-Pacific market.

Team and Expertise

The Satluj team brings together practitioners in operational risks, logistics, and international law. Each module is grounded in real B2B projects across the Asia-Pacific region.

Who We Are

The Satluj — An Academic Platform for Operational Risk Management

The Satluj combines educational modules and podcasts on optimizing cross-border supply chains, auditing raw material costs, international legal compliance, and contractor management. We work with B2B managers in the Asia-Pacific region who need practical tools and reliable analytics to make complex logistics decisions.

01

Systematic Analysis of Operational Risks

A methodology that works on real cross-border operations

We teach how to identify risks at every stage of the supply chain — from planning to customs clearance. The focus is not on theoretical models but on specific scenarios that logistics directors encounter in their daily work.

02

Cost Auditing and Contract Review

A thorough approach to transparency in raw material costs

The modules cover cost segmentation, identifying hidden expenses, and negotiation strategies with suppliers. Special attention is paid to analyzing logistics legs and customs duties, which often become a source of inefficiency.

03

Legal Compliance and Due Diligence

Practical checklists for verifying counterparties

International trade requires strict documentation and regulatory compliance. Our courses explain export-import restrictions, anti-corruption standards, and contractor verification procedures in Asia-Pacific markets.

04

Contractor Management and KPI Systems

Tools for evaluating carriers, warehouses, and brokers

We build practical systems for assessing partner reliability, conducting tenders, and monitoring contract performance. The use of digital tools in real time makes the process transparent and manageable.

05

Business Podcast on Operational Management

Regular audio episodes with practitioners

In the podcast series, we discuss real cases from cross-border logistics, analyze mistakes, and successful strategies. Each episode is based on a specific case and offers practical recommendations.

06
